Noah Salpeter operates at the intersection of construction leadership, military command, and business strategy. It is a rare combination that shapes how he approaches every challenge.
At PCL Construction, Noah serves as Assistant Superintendent having expanded his scope from Mechanical & Electrical coordination to full interior finishes oversight. With his current project now delivered, he leads the closeout phase, managing client-requested changes and closing deficiencies with the same precision that defined construction.
In the Canadian Armed Forces, Noah holds the rank of Master Warrant Officer and serves as Squadron Sergeant Major at 34 Combat Engineer Regiment, where he leads training assessments, strategic advising, and domestic deployments. He also serves as VP Chapter Liaison for the Canadian Military Engineers Association (CMEA), bridging military engineering communities across the country.
Noah is currently in his second semester of an MBA at Gies College of Business, University of Illinois, with a focus on Global Challenges in Business and Entrepreneurship.
Outside of work, Noah spends his time analyzing financial markets and competing in various sports.
